TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
The customer rents bikes from CHINO Y PACO CONSTRUCIONES SL and is subject to all the terms and conditions of this contract:
2 . For rentals over three days, the bicycle / s will be delivered to the customer to there place of residence or elsewhere , by agreement between the parties.
3 . The vehicles will be collected at the place, date and time specified in the lease .
RESERVATIONS , PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
4 . Reservations have no cost to the customer and must be done in advance to ensure availability . The customer can also book via email or phone.
5 . Method of payment: cash on delivery of the bike / s and the total time of the lease .
6. Deposit: At the time of delivery of the vehicle , the customer will be required to guarantee the security deposit 50 €
Receipt of guarantee or deposit will be returned once the lease term ended on delivery of rented equipment. Any damage will be deducted from deposit.
7. Who signs the lease must be over 18 years old and will be responsible for the equipment rented.
8. Deliveries before the time : No refunds for bicycle delivery before the end of contracted rental time . RENTAL EQUIPMENT
9. The vehicles can only be used by persons designated by the client in the lease.
10. The customer is obliged to take good care and take steps to protect the bikes and rented equipment damage , loss or theft. Should any of the above situations during the rental period, the customer will immediately full replacement costs incurred at market prices . At the end of the rental period a representative of the company will determine the terms of delivery of the rented equipment in case of losses or damages . The customer is obliged at all times to tie up vehicles when not having sight ( pass the lock through the frame, saddle and wheels and tie to a pole fixed to the ground or bike parking) . It is recommended in any case to keep them in sight.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11The company has arranged liability insurance that covers any damage that may occur as a result of defects in the rented material.
12. The company is not liable for claims : Accident , injury, shock or damage to itself and / or to third persons or their properties, or loss of items during the rental period.

13 . Customer represents to be in perfect health , be able to handle the equipment and / or rented equipment and possess sufficient powers and learning the necessary control of the rented equipment.
14 . It is your responsibility to respect the rules of Spanish traffic.
15 . This agreement is governed by Spanish law, and both parties hereto waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them , rather than accept that jurisdiction is exclusively the town of Velez -Malaga ( Spain )
16 . The client declare to have read and accepted the above conditions.
